How to request a refund
Email support@timingatlas.app with the checkout email, report ID if available, and the reason for the request. This keeps the request traceable without requiring a customer account.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Most refunds are initiated within 5 business days, although the final posting time depends on the card issuer or payment network.
Delivery issues
If the report link fails because of a platform or delivery issue, contact support first for re-delivery. If re-delivery is not successful, the order remains eligible for full refund review.
